MODEL PUBLICATION SCHEME – Under section 20 of the Freedom of Information Act, it is the duty of every public authority to adopt and maintain a publication scheme, the purpose of which is to facilitate the release of information and provide greater openness and transparency across the public sector. Westbere Parish Council has adopted the Model Publication Scheme issued by the Information Commissioner’s Office, without variation.
