o Inspection of council’s Assets – Cllr D Wilson
o Transport – All councillors;
o Planning – Cllr Harlow, Cllr Georgina Glover and Cllr Dekker;
o Fire Hydrants – Cllr P. Glover;
o KMBR reports – Cllr Harlow;
o Environment – Cllr Harlow;
o WPC representative on the Village hall committee – Cllr K. Fielding;
o Monitoring of the village salt bins – Cllr P. Glover;
o Village events – All councillors;
Parish council representative and point of contact for the Westbere Village Preservation Society (WVPS) and attend WVPS meetings only if required and requested by the WVPS – Cllr K. Fielding.
Public Right of Way/Footpaths – report problems to Cllr Kathy Fielding by email to Kathrynwilson365@gmail.com or instructions on how to report a problem on a public right of way yourself
