Agenda for the Westbere Parish Council meeting 22 April 2021 at 7pm
There is an official period of mourning for eight days set out in the government guidance for HRH Prince Philip who sadly passed away on 09 April 2021. As a result, this affected the meeting notice period and these days are excluded for calculation of time, and any timescales that end in this period should be postponed until the first day after the mourning period in accordance with section 243 of the Local Government Act 1972. Hence the original planned meeting date of 20 April 2021 was cancelled and a revised date and time for the meeting now set as Thursday 22 April 2021 at 7pm
